Research Interests
1. Photoelectric properties of atom-thick 2D semiconductor;
2. Design of novel photoelectric information functional materials;
3. First principles DFT study of low dimensional nanomaterials.
 
Education & Experience
Dr. Shengli Zhang received his Ph. D degree from Beijing of Chemical Technology in 2013. He current works in Nanjing University of Science and Technology.
