1.Two-dimensional crystal materials and devices;
2. Luminescence materials;
3. Optoelectronic devices (LED, photodetects).
 
Education & Experience
Dr.XiufengSong received his Ph. D degree from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in 2010. He worked as a postdoctoralresearcher at Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and Nanjing Handson Co. Ltd..
He current works in Nanjing University of Science and Technology as a Lecture.
