简介
曾海波,1977年出生,现为南京理工大学教授、博导、学术委员会委员,Elsevier出版社《Current Applied Physics》编辑,首批国家优秀青年基金获得者(2012),国家万人计划青年拔尖人才(2015)。2006年中科院固体物理所获博士学位,先后工作于德国卡尔斯鲁厄大学、日本国家材料科学研究所,2013年创建南理工纳米光电材料研究所,2016年创建工信部新型显示材料与器件重点实验室。
长期从事量子点与二维发光显示材料及器件研究,主持了国家自然科学基金4项、973课题1项,代表性成果有:提出了氧化锌蓝色发光的间隙锌缺陷态机制(Adv. Funct. Mater. 2010, 20, 561),单篇研究论文获引用700余次,作为代表作获得安徽省科技一等奖(2012);首创了全无机钙钛矿全彩发光二极管(Adv. Mater. 2015, 27, 7162),被Nature Nanotechnology评论为“首次(first)”、“打破了(break)镉系壁垒”、“开启了(opened)无机钙钛矿LED”,作为代表作获得中国颗粒学会科技进步二等奖(2016);提出了锑烯及其衍生二维发光材料概念(Angew. Chem. 2015, 54, 3112),被Nature专题报道为“新型蓝光LED二维材料”。共发表SCI论文160余篇,他引6000余次。创建南理工光电材料所以来,发表第一/通讯作者SCI论文100余篇,ESI-1%高被引论文14篇,ESI-1‰热点论文5篇,影响因子大于10期刊论文30篇,包括Adv. Mater. 6篇、Adv. Funct. Mater. 9篇、NPG Asia Mater. 2篇、Nano Letters 4篇、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 6篇、Nano Energy 3篇。

近五年主要成果
全无机钙钛矿LED:发展了全无机钙钛矿量子点的室温合成方法;揭示了其发光的多色、色纯、高效等优点及起源;率先构建了其广色域三基色电致发光QLED、高显色类太阳健康白光LED等新型显示原型器件。
砷烯与锑烯等新型二维晶体:在国际上率先理论设计了新型超薄二维半导体砷烯、锑烯(Angew 2015, 54, 3112),揭示了新颖电子结构与蓝光器件应用前景 (Angew 2015, invited),获Nature等15个学术媒体亮点报道;在国际上首次观察到白石墨烯绝缘体-半导体转变 (NL 2010, 10, 5049),发展了白石墨烯三维泡沫的无模板大产量发泡合成方法 (NPG AM 2015, doi:10.1038/am.2015.8; am.2015.11),被NPG Asia Materials等评论为“白石墨烯的升起”、“理论和实验的桥梁”,单篇论文获SCI他引215次。
印刷制程柔弹性透明电极:发展了掺杂纳米晶的普适性一锅热解合成方法,实现了氧化锌纳米晶的高质量n型掺杂,大幅度提升了柔性电极性能(Angew 2015, 54, 462);实现了铜纳米线表面的镍合金化,将弹性电极稳定性由几天提高到1200多天,被NanoWerk等亮点评论为“最佳性能”、“超稳定的弹性电极” (NL 2014, 14, 6298);实现了氧化锌纳米线电输运的外延界面提高(Adv. Mater. 2013, 25, 5677);受邀发表“用于穿戴式器件的柔弹性电极”的综述论文(Angew 2015, DOI: 10.1002/anie.201501233R1 and 10.1002/ange.201501233R1)。
氧化锌与碳点缺陷发光机制:发展了亚稳半导体纳米颗粒的液相激光烧蚀普适生长方法(JPCB 2005, 109, 18260),观察到非平衡过程诱导的亚稳缺陷态与新颖蓝色发光(APL 2006, 88, 171910),分别获得SCI引用240次、120次,受邀在Wiley John & Sons Publishers出版该领域英文编著;提出了氧化锌蓝色发光的间隙锌缺陷态模型 (AFM 2010, 20, 561),单篇论文SCI他引443次,同行评论“为设计与实现白光LED提供了新思路”;提出了调控碳点发光特性的表面态工程 (Scientific Reports, 2014, 4, 4976),实现了碳点高效固态发光与背光源白光LED,ChemistryViews等亮点报道“低成本环境友好的荧光粉与白光LED” (Angew 2015, 54, 1759),发展了提升碳点电子转移与光催化能力的铜氮共掺方案 (Angew 2015, DOI: 10.1002/anie.201501912),以发光纳米晶为主题,发表综述两篇(AFM 2012, 22, 1333; 2015, 50, 5050);提出了改善氧化锌光催化性能的空心壳层与肖特基界面协同增强策略(ACS Nano 2008, 2, 1661),获SCI引用300余次,入选“百篇最具影响国际学术论文”;实现了大面积氧化锌阵列有序度、密度、锥度调控及场发射性能提高(AFM 2009, 19, 3165),获SCI引用130余次。

发展历程
2013年初,曾海波教授发起成立研究所,利用国家优青基金、南理工紫金学者资金、973项目课题进行了第一期建设,从而初步建立了聚焦光电材料且理论实验结合的团队、完备而有特色的材料制备-器件制作-光电测试的平台。
2013年9月,南京理工大学纳米光电材料研究所正式获得学校授牌成立,通过与格莱特纳米科技研究所、纳米材料与装备江苏省协调创新中心、功能纳米晶教育部重点实验室的交叉融合,启动了边建设边高质量运行的第二期发展。
目前,研究所正承担国家重大科学研究计划(973)课题等重要项目,每年都在《Advanced Materials》、《Nano Letters》、《Angewandte Chemie》等材料、纳米、化学学科顶级期刊发表研究进展,已成为南理工在纳米光电材料与器件领域最重要的研究与教学基地。
 

团队成员
现有师生成员约40人,包括国家优秀青年基金获得者曾海波教授、美国加州大学博士严仲副教授、英国布里斯托大学博士后邹友生副教授、日本国立材料研究所张树芳教授、宋秀峰讲师、张胜利讲师、石晓琴讲师。2013年,团队获评南理工“科技工作先进项目组”。
 

研究平台
已经建成较完备、有特色的制备-器件-测试平台。包括
合成室(339-416):胶体化学合成、水热合成、锂插层剥离合成、旋涂组装、烘箱;
器件超净间(339-415):热蒸发、磁控溅射、喷雾镀膜、等离子体清洗、湿法刻蚀;
热处理室(339-412):多温区管式炉、高温退火炉;
光电测试室(339-410):UV-Vis-IR吸收光谱、常规发光光谱、深紫外低温发光光谱、常规电学探针台、2400/4600吉时利电表、电化学工作站、太阳能电池测试系统;
光电测试室(339-404):DUV-Vis-IR光探测器测试系统、液相激光烧蚀系统等设备。
可用材料测试中心设备:球差校正透射电镜、聚焦离子束、三维原子探针、SEM、XRD。
 
 研究项目
研究所承担了国家重大科学研究计划、国家自然科学基金优秀青年/面上/青年基金、国防航天基金等各类重要项目10项,总经费超过1千万人民币。
 
研究成果(截至2014.09.12)
曾海波教授发表共发表SCI论文99篇,其中19篇影响因子大于10,包括《Nano Letters》2篇、《Advanced Materials》4篇、《NPG Asia Materials》2篇、《Angew. Chem. In. Ed》5篇、《ACS Nano》2篇、《Adv. Funct. Mater.》4篇,以及《Adv. Funct. Mater.》等综述5篇、Wiley出版社编著1本;SCI引用4000余次,H因子为35;第一或通讯作者论文中,ESI高引论文10篇,单篇引用超过100次6篇,最高单篇引用500余次。主持国家重大科学研究计划(973)课题、国家自然科学基金、国防航天基金等项目。担任中国材料研究学会纳米材料与器件分会理事、江苏省颗粒学会青年工作委员会副主任、Elsevier出版社《Current Applied Physics》期刊编辑。

研究方向
针对当前信息与能源领域对低成本高性能光电功能材料与器件的强烈需求,本研究所以掺杂半导体纳米晶、原子厚度二维半导体两类新型半导体纳米材料为主要研究对象,发展高质量纳米晶的合成与组装方法,重点研究纳米晶电子结构与光电性能的杂质、缺陷、表面、界面效应(理论与实验相结合),同时致力于具有前瞻性的新型高性能纳米晶光电器件与应用探索(透明导电膜、光探测器、忆阻器、太阳能电池、白光LED等)。主要研究方向包括:
1)纳米晶缺陷与杂质光电特性的实验与计算
    2)纳米晶深紫外光电探测器等光电器件研究
3)原子厚度二维半导体光电性能与器件应用
 
研究生招生
欢迎材料物理、材料学、应用化学、电子等方向的学生加入,本所招生有以下特点:1)倾向于有兴趣、能自主钻研、愿意读博士的学生;2)所有学生均采取导师组指导制,同时进入由优秀成员(可以是老师也可以是学生)负责的传帮带小组;3)本所获得的各类科研奖励,原则上导师分文不取,全部用之于学生。
 
Professor Haibo Zeng obtained his Ph.D. in Material Physics from Institute of Solid State Physics in Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2006. Following visiting scholar at University of Karlsruhe (with Professor Claus Klingshirn and Professor Heinz Kalt) and then postdoctoral work at National Institute for Materials Science (with Professor Yoshio Bando and Professor Dmitri Golberg), he joined the faculty at Nanjing University of Science and Technology in 2011. His research interests are, at present, focused on the exploratory design of semiconducting nanocrystals and two-dimensional crystals, with an emphasis on optoelectronic applications.
